That generally depends on how bespoke you want to go.
We’ve run private trips with just 2 weeks notice before, but if you’re looking for something highly specialised or bespoke, we may need a few months to ensure everything is in place and to guarantee the best experience for you.
Our locations are very seasonally dependent. We’ll always recommend the absolute best time to go so you get the most out of your expedition with us.

We specialise in small group sizes and many of our destinations cannot accommodate more than 8 guests.
There is no minimum number for our trips and we have tailored private departures for groups as small as one individual before. Whatever your group dynamic we can design a specialised and flexible itinerary to account for your group’s interests, as well as individual needs.
